2 Questions about memorized transactions

In Quicken 2012 Deluxe

(1) I have memorized my pension paycheck transaction, and want to apply that memorized split to another transaction (my pension paycheck coming from a 3rd party vendor). Since the downloaded transaction had a different payer, how do I get Q to apply a memorized transaction to another transaction?

(2) How do I see a list of keyboard shortcuts in Quicken?

Thanks in advance.

--------------------------------------------------

1.) Open the account register where you want to enter the transaction and put your cursor in the empty transaction row at the end of the register. Open the Memorized Payee list, right-click the appropriate memorized transaction, and click "Use". Then change the payee name in the account register. [You could also use "Copy transaction(s)"/"Paste transaction(s)"/change-payee-name with an existing register transaction that has the correct splits to achieve the same result.]

2.) Help > Quicken Help > Contents (tab) Open (click on the + sign) "Appendixes". Select "Keyboard shortcuts".
