Q2006H&B -- can't change CLR in invoice register

Using Quicken 2006 Home & Business R3.

The way I use the Invoice register in Quicken requires that I manually change the Reconcile/CLR status after an invoice is paid. For some reason, after updating to R3, the option to change the Reconcile/CLR status is missing in the right-click context menu (or when clicking Edit on the transaction). In a checking or cash account, for example, clicking Edit shows the context menu and Reconcile is there, under Void transaction(s). This used to be the same in an Invoice account, but today it's missing. All I can figure is that when I updated to R3 -- can't remember when that was -- the program changed.

If someone is using H&B R3, would you mind checking this in an Invoice account? Thank very much.

(The reason I need to change the CLR status is that after an invoice is paid, I add a class to the transfer in the payment transaction. Doing that turns off the "c" in the CLR field for both the original invoice transaction and the payment transaction. Prior to today, after recording the payment, I would simply add my Class to the payment transaction and then add the "c" in the CLR field. Now, that option is not in the context menu.)

Follow-up to my original post...

Since I only recently upgraded to H&B 2006, it may be that the behavior I'm having trouble with isn't related to R3, but is an issue with '06. In '05, the CLR field in an Invoice register transaction could be changed.

Further follow-up...

Highlighting the invoice and payment transactions, then clicking Edit shows a dialog. At the bottom of that dialog is a Replace function. It's possible to use that to add the "c" back to the two transactions. Even when added back, the "c" does NOT show up in the CLR field, but it's there for reporting purposes.

I would say that removing the Reconcile option from the Invoice context menu is a mistake or bug.
