Thanks.
Hi, Speedlever.
Congratulations! And thanks for the report.
Yes, I suspect that someone custom-tailored that copy of Quicken for use by the staff of BB&T (whoever that is - Microsoft Live Search finds dozens of hits for "BB&T").

BB&T is one of the largest regional banks in the country. I know because we have a very large position in it and it is one of our few stocks where we are still ahead.

Hi, Caryl.
Thanks for that confirmation. That's what I guessed from all those hits I got with my search, but I didn't follow up on them.
Maybe Speedlever got his copy of Quicken (either the current one or a former version in his update history) as a perk from his bank?
RC
I think BB&T refers to "Branch Banking & Trust" a mid-Atlantic bank. With a name like that I could see why they go by BB&T.

I think that financial institutions can pay Intuit to have a splash screen with their name on it. Or something similar.

Nope. I got my copy of Q most likely from Staples with a TTax deal. I haven't upgraded since due to the lack of deals with TTax.
I did online banking with BB&T for a while... 18 months or so but haven't done so for about 3 years.
