I am currently using Quicken Deluxe 2010 R10.
I have recently started having a strange issue, when downloading from my financial institution.
First let me say, I log into my FI website, and download directly into Quicken. I do this pretty much on a daily basis.
I noticed when I got Quicken 2010, that when I download, after it downloads the transactions, then it downloads something like " downloading financial institution updates " or something like that.
Anyway, just recently, what happens is, it first downloads my transactions, then when it tries to go through that next process, it just gets stuck. When it gets stuck, it says something like " getting quicken data " - probably not the exact words, I can look again in the morning to see exactly what it says if that is not enough. It gets stuck there, and I have to click on cancel update to clear that. My transactions are downloaded and ready for me to match - no issue in that regard.
Just curious if anyone else is seeing anything like this?
