Quicken 2005 Reports Questions

Sep 10, 2005 3 Replies

In my older version of Quicken I was able to have a single Reports Icon on the Toolbar with my most used reports listed under that Icon.

I have not been able to figure out how to do this in 2005 or even if it is possible.

Can this be done and if so, how?

Thanks

Are you sure it was your "most used reports"? I've never heard of Quicken knowing anything about "most used" reports. Quicken does give you the ability to "Save" reports ("Memorize" reports in older versions).

Basically yes. The "Customize" dialog for the Quicken Toolbar has a choice called "Reports and Graphs" which you can place on the Toolbar. While the icon provides access to all Quicken reports, it always opens to "Saved Reports".

Thanks John

In the past I could save a report under that icon, a dropdown which would allow me to select a report link that I had placed there. Now I save each report that I use a lot as a separate Tool Bar Entry - which takes up space.

I'm not clear on whether you know now that the "Reports & Graphs" icon will give you the same capability you had in the past.
