After installing the latest round of Microsoft windows XP updates I can access the help files.

Yes, What a pleasant supprise after watching everyone, other that from Australia having it fixed by an Intuit patch. Now if I could just get the *Inventory* to fire up again? Regards

Are you using a Logitech pointing device? If so, the workaround to run the Inventory program is by stopping the (Logitech) setpoint.exe process.
