I've been running Quicken 2011 Premier Release 8 (20.1.8.6) since it was automatically downloaded a few days ago, and have had no problems at all. As we used to say at launch time at the Cape, "All systems go."

Another minor niggle. My Scheduled Updates are not starting by themselves. I have to investigate further, but it's been 2 days now, the 16th and 17th where I've had to manually do a OSU.

Works fine for me...

No new problems. I still crash when I do a One Step Update. That problem seems to elude them greatly. john

My scheduled updates ran yesterday, but not today.

I sometimes have problem with this. It works for a few days, then skips for a day or two. Usually, if I re-boot my computer and go through the password sign-in process for Quicken, it will work okay for a few days, then hang up again. I think this is a computer based problem, not a Quicken problem, but I'd like any suggestions anyone can provide.

I don't think scheduled updates have started by themselves since I updated to Release 8. What is odd is that if I have Quicken open AT the time scheduled updates are supposed to run, I will be reminded with a popup when I exit Quicken. Scheduled updates have been running reliably for as long as I can remember, before R8.

I also get this pop-up asking me to close Quicken if I have it open when my scheduled 6:00 p.m. update time arrives. But, even if I close it the update doesn't take place. This must be tied to my other update skip-out problems, but I'm not sure what is causing it to happen.

If I open Quicken earlier in the day, then close it well before the

6:00 p.m. scheduled update time, a failure to update at 6:00 p.m. occurs even if I don't start Quicken until several minutes after the scheduled update should have taken place.

I've noticed that if I do not open Quicken during the day, any time before the 6:00 p.m. scheduled update time, it will do the update as intended, if I have re-booted my computer after the last missed update.

Even after it balks, it will do an update in the manually select way, but it won't do the automatic update until I re-boot my computer, then start Quicken only after the scheduled update time.

Absolutely no problem here other than Quicken continues to confirm that my savings account is much lower than I would like it to be. :-)

I don't remember ever having a problem with my scheduled updates running (for many years). In my case, it is not a computer based problem, unless it is a conflict caused by this last Quicken release. They did not run again this morning.

Well, scheduled updates worked today, hopefully it will keep running when it's supposed to
