Quicken 2017 register display

In 2016 Deluxe a checkbook register was divided to allow space below for downloaded transactions, but the lower part could be closed to display more of the register. Is there a way to do that in 2017 Premier-- I can't find it.

Checkmark to close "download" section is on LEFT of section's header bar, not on the right side as before.
