I made a payment, several in fact, due the 21st of Dec. I returned the merchandise for a purchase of $700 charged on my Amex bill and went to cancel payment I just made a day ago. It would not let me cancel that or any payment with the due date of Dec. 21. Help! Please reply to email: snipped-for-privacy@bellsouth.net
