Data from following indexes as reported on Quicken.com are old:
NASDAQ dated 12/14/07 DJIA dated 1/18/08
Is there anything I can do to correct this?

I've been seeing the same thing. The 1/18 date coincides with the fix of the other quotes. I suspect they broke something again.

The company that supplies the index quotes to Intuit changed the ticker symbols for those indexes. Intuit is trying to implement a solution that doesn't require users to modify their tickers for those indexes.

Do you know the new symbol? It would not be a big deal to uncheck the appropiate index box and enter the symbol manually.
Sorry, Intuit did not post the new symbols.
