Quicken.com Question

Can someone tell me whether there are any fees (or other drawbacks) associated with signing up with Quicken.com?

I normally don't sign up with any online organization with regard to finances - especially one with access to my Quicken files. However, from what I can tell, I have to become a member to use some of Quicken Premier's functions, such as the mutual fund comparison and analyzer.

If there's any way to access these functions without becoming a Quicken.com member, I'd appreciate any info on that. ....Or am I being overly paranoid about my financial data becoming available online?

Thanks!

Why not create a Q.com account and not up load any of your data? It works for me, and I have access to all of the Premier 2006 features.
