Quicken Direct Connect; Fifth Third Bank ??

I'm moving and looking for a new bank. Does anyone have any comments about the reliability of using Quicken with Fifth Third Bank?

I would also urge caution when evaluating the responses you get in the Community, especially the responses from non-SuperUsers. There's a tendency for some users to blame every problem they encounter while using Quicken ... on Quicken. While Quicken has made its share of mistakes, many "Quicken" problems are caused by the financial institutions, Intuit, or the users themselves.
