Quicken Windows R18.16. Problems been around a while.
Say I go to the amount field when entering a transaction, alt tab to another app, alt tab back, the focus is gone. The cursor is no longer in the amount field. This used to work properly a few versions back. Any setting to correct this? Or just a bug? :(

I see this problem too. I can't remember that it ever worked right.
It definitely did. Can't recall what version.
I posted on the quicken web forum. A mod replied "Bump" and then deleted my post :(
As I recall, that discussion you refer to turned into an ugly set of posts insulting the various people who disagreed on Windows programming and what it really means to lose focus.
