I run online update and it says it updated 13 of 14 securities (couldn't find Fidelity Select Electronics) but none of the security prices are actually updated. The latest price is still for 12/01.
Obviously the quote service is not down -- just not updated.
Anyone else see this?
Duh. Look at other posts from earlier today. Quotes are down again....
Are Quotes STILL down? I read the other posts, saying this has happened before....
But.... it has never happened to me until yesterday.
Today, still the same problem.
You would think Quicken would have fixed this situation in 24 hours... or would you?
I have done nothing to my settings, I am quite sure the problem is not on my end.

I could not make the "live help" option work from the Intuit website. So I called the 800 number. Got a guy who had to be in India, who I had extreme difficulty understanding.
He said "Quotes" would not be working until Thursday!!!!! Offered no reason why.
I asked him why this information could not be posted on their website. He said it was. I told him it wasn't. He said to refresh the website. I did. Information still did not show up.
Can anyone out there provide an Intuit URL where they admit their services are hosed?
I doubt it.

Quotes works for me at 908 PM Tuesday in NYC.
