I had the same experience a few days ago with my Checking Account with Bank of America. I went through and accepted all my transactions in all other accounts (and other transactions in Bank of America). Finally when I got it down to this one transaction and I had closed and opened Quicken a few times, it accepted. My transaction was an updated to the transaction amount that I made one the Bank of America website.

This is my third install of Quicken 2009 Premier. I am using XP Pro with the latest updates. For the third install, I formatted my hard drive and did a new install of the operating system and all programs. Quicken worked for a few days. This morning, while trying to accept a transaction in my checking account, it shut down, immediately. I clicked "accept", and Quicken closed. I tried at least five times, with
the same result each time. I was able to accept other transactions in other accounts.
Any ideas?
