Quicken Subscription Renewal Question

I bought from OfficeMax and saved over $30

I have done this a few times. You will not be able to renew an existing subscription until that subscription is near its expiration date. So far, that has not been a problem. I just set aside the "purchased software package" for a few months. I have two Quicken disks on a shelf now waiting.

The activation codes have a 2 year expiration date on them and they are generated in the Fall of the year prior to the year of the product, i.e. Oct 2020 for the 2021 packaging, so don't go too crazy and buy more than can be used prior to their expiring. You can extend your subscription during the last 6 months of a subscription. The 2019 codes should now be expired.
