R7 Out - Register Fixed

Better have Watson check this one out. That reminder thing at the bottom of the page is okay when Q14 is opened but as soon as One Step Update is used the problem is back in some of the register pages. Haven't pinned it down beyond that, so I rechecked those two top boxes in Preferences/Register/Downloaded transactions and it seems ok. Beats me..
