Scheduled Transaction List Blank

I have Quicken 2004 Deluxe. My scheduled transaction list is empty. When I open the calendar, I can see the scheduled transactions. If I create a new scheduled transaction it does not show up in the list but does show up on the calendar.

I have validated the file with no effect.

Any thoughts?
