Spurious account failures

I am trying to find the cause of account/password failure notices in my OneStep Update log file. This occurs for one of the banks I use ("BankA") but not the other ("BankB"). There are no failures from my investment companies and Quicken BillPay checkwriting works fine with BankA and with BankB.

Several months ago I enabled direct transaction download from BankA, but disabled it when I found out they wanted to charge $3.95 per month for that service.

Following John Pollard's suggestion, I deleted and then recreated my PIN Vault. In the printout of the PIN Vault I notice that the Quicken BillPay entry is listed as "Access to BankA checking and BankB checking". That's all fine.

So something in the OneStep Update mechanism, but not the PINVault, thinks that transaction download is still enabled for BankA. Even though I have disabled it, OneStep Update is still trying to use it and gets the appropriate error. The list of Financial Institutions that will be polled during the OneStep Update does not include BankA (or BankB). So it appears that the update polling program is failing to check the "currently enabled" bit.

I'll attempt to report this to Intuit Quicken BillPay, but I don't expect a response.
