Today when I first started my machine and opened Q 2009, there was no toolbar and no icons. I can't find any way to have it show. Right-clicking doesn't do anything. It opened to the setup screen , why, I don't know. Even after redoing all the setup stuff, still no tool bar.
Any help?
What happens when you press the F11 key? And if you press it again?
All of the "setup stuff"? Even:
Edit > Preferences > Quicken Program > Startup
and making sure the box to "Show Quicken Tool Bar" is checked?
