Unable to reconcile

Aug 05, 2005 2 Replies

Hi all,

I am running Quicken 2003 for Mac using Mac OS X 10.3.9. I have asked this question before and no one answered. Maybe someone will now.

For some reason after a month or so, I cannot reconcile my checking account. When I try, a window pops up stating that reconciled items in the register do not match the last statement. I click on 'resolve' and there are discrepancies that go back 6 years!

To fix this in the past I have gone back to a previous backup that works and reentered the data then reconciled. I have had to do this 4 times over the last 6 months. I need a solution because it happens almost every time now.

Please, does anyone have a idea of a solution or a source of a solution.

This may be a duplicate post. I sent it earlier, but I don't see it in the newsgroup

If you click on "ignore" you can still reconcile your statements.
