I want to open an internet bank account. I find most banks need complex
verification procedure to open an account. Could anyone give me one bank website that offers free internet bank account opening.

The complexity is due to the need to verify your identity. That said, try Emigrant Direct (currently paying 4%) or ING Direct, which pays slightly less.

It would seem to me that you are posting from somewhere in China. I'd suggest a Chinese bank may have less complex verification procedures for customers in your position.
