Hi:
I wonder if anyone else has had the following experience:
I submitted my taxes electronically last month, and in due course the "where's my refund" service in the IRS website told me I would get my refund on March 15th, with electronic deposit. Nothing happened on the
15th, and I went back into "where's my refund" only to find that the date had been shifted to the 30th of March! I called the IRS and after the usual delay was told that there was nothing wrong with my return, and that they had no record that the date had ever been anything but the 30th ! Tiresome, since I had rather planned to have my refund in hand earlier, Moral is never assume a thing, and only bank on a refund when its in your account safe and secureIs it common for them to shift the refund date with no reason given and no apparent record kept, and has anyone else had this experience?
Best
