I am looking for an investment vehicle (Unit Trust or Tracker etc) linked to Residential Property prices like the Nationwide House Price Index. Is there anything out there? I have seen a few Unit Trusts that invest in Commercial Property, but I would imagine that these are not too closely linked with residential prices.
