Basic bank account with solo?

Does anybody know of a basic bank account that offers a solo debit card other than Halifax and Natwest? Thanks for your time.

Thanks I had already looked at this site and the ones mentioned by the other poster, unfortunatly they don't say what type of debit card is provided.

Is it not determined by credit rating?

What I mean't was some banks use Switch/Solo or Visa Delta/Electron which is the information I was after.

HSBC use Solo. I would recommend HSBC or Co-Op (Visa Delta/Electron) for basic accounts on the basis of service, internet access and the fact that neither charge for bouncing Direct Debits/SOs. (Am I the only one that finds it contradictory that most providers charge for bouncing on basic accounts?)
