I have been with Citibank for about five years now but want to move - I really can't hack dealing with the foreign call centre they now have. The people who man it are poorly informed and it takes an age explaining what you want. Plus the internet banking which I use a lot has been down more often than up lately.
However the things I like about Citibank are: As well as my sterling current account I have deposit accounts in Euros & Dollars which are handy as I travel a lot on work and don't have to keep losing out on exchanging currency back and forth. The Citicard - you can use it at any VISA atm in the world and ever get charged a fee. £500 interest free over draft.
Any suggestions of a bank that can match most of these and have really good quaity of service???
About £4,000 goes into my account each month. I'm not to fussed about the intest rate on the account and would really minf paying a small fee as long as the service was excellent.
