BIFFEX still exists?

Does anyone know what happened to BIFFEX (Baltic International Freight Futures Exchange)?

I could find old references on the web that it was created in 1985 and merged at some point with the London Commodities Exchange. That is now part of LIFFE, but I could find no reference to BIFFEX on the LIFFE web site.

Also, if you do a google search on the LIFFE web site for BIFFEX, you find reference to lots of BIFFEX contracts.
