I got an offer through for one of these, opened it up and noticed the apr of the goto rate after the 0% expired is highlighted as being 9.9% (fairly reasonable I thought) However on more careful browsing I noticed that the actual rate is 20ish%. (currently I have a co-op card fixed at 9.8 for 5 years) Given that there is a 0% period this makes sense when calculating an APR (sort of) but do all the cards do this in their advertising? I'm looking at the moment so I can balance transfer off the cost of holidays to a 0%
