How to lose 11,000 without even noticing

Ive just lost a little over 11,000. Or, to be strictly accurate, Iv just discovered that Ive lost a little over 11,000. The loss actuall accumulated over the past year or so but Ive been too busy with othe things to realise that what used to be the British building societ sector has being going to hell in a handcart. To be honest, I probabl wouldnt even have noticed now if it wasnt for the fact that HBOS attempt to dig itself out of a financial hole by issuing a load of ne shares hadnt drawn my attention to it...

Right, so every mistake was yours ("took my eye off the ball" etc.) None of it was actually your money. (apart form redundancy in the '80's, but as you flippantly say: "we were all being made redundant then") Your main criticism is that others made more than you. Stop crying. You're the one to blame.

I've lost money on shares but the _only_ person I blame is myself.

Maybe you & all the whingers out there should take a look in the mirror to see the real reason you f&*ked up.

"more interested in football" - what the hell do you expect?
