I am new to Quicken and have just set up an account. I have entered a number of repeat transactions and set them to "enter in register without prompting". However I find I still have to go into each entry and select "pay now".
Is there anyway I can enter a repeat transaction and for it to show up in each month as paid.
They should get automatically entered only when the date has arrived for them to be entered. Has the date arrived? Or by chance are you expecting to be seeing them in the register in the future? If the date has arrived and they weren't automatically entered, then I have'nt seen that result.
What I was hoping to do is see my account into the future and see my cash flow. Perhaps I am looking in the wrong place for this.
There is a graph available at the bottom of the Scheduled Transaction List (you can get it on your home page as well in Bills & Scheduled Transactions) which I think will do what you want. It will show the balance + scheduled transactions for one or multiple accounts.
