any way to find it? I tried to set it up again, don't seem to be getting it to take.
I was using 2004 (still have my old backups) the checking acct there was not actually as a checking file, it was stored in a limbo file, I could see all the transactions but could not manipulate anything.
When i upgrade to 09 i seen my checking transactions in a file, it updated and i figured great things were fixed from the last pgm, but i now do not see that checking file at all....
others are there no probs...
any suggestions,
I have not called intuit for help yet, are they of any real help these days??
I downloaded all my banking info the traditional way, thru RBC page and telling the bank webpage to send the info to quicken, Click the online icon in quicken, this brought up a yellow headed page with the update accounts icon that kicked me to the rbc page where i logged in and chose to download transactions to my quicken pgm.
In the previous 2004 version it always downloaded my transactions to this yellow header page and left them there. I could not manipulate them or get them to go to my checking acct....
When I upgraded to 09 i seen a flash of this cheqing acct suddenly move from the yellow header transaction page to a checking acct in quicken .... just like my visa and other accts.... It was there i cruised it just to be sure.
The next day i opened quicken this checking acct it created the day before and updated from my bank info like other account suddenly did not appear on the left of the main quicken system just like my other accts... and ooppps when i clicked the online button the yellow page that always had my checking info suddenly was blank.... no past info...
I got out of my banking system and pondered what to do ( i had my old backups before conversion)
We'll got back to it a week or so later.... and figured i had to update my other accts...
So i did the traditional download everything.... and if my checking was still missing ... well i would have to deal with it later...
Fortunately, when it downloaded a bunch of new transactions, it suddenly come up with this acct, all the old info and my new info added... so it is now fixed... just not in the way i expected for sure....
