Where can I get a cheap Filofax type of organiser? Say for 4 or 5?
It doesn't have to look fantastic and it doesn't necessarily have to be for this year as it's needed only for its appearance.
You can think of it as a sort of prop for a stage play. (I'm oversimplifying but you get the idea.)
I can't find one in second-hand shops.

I'm think you can probably still get them in places like WHSmiths. I'm sure I recall seeing the packs of page inserts in there quite recently.

and as I've just been into Altrincham I looked as yes they do have em tho' you would need to use sticky back plastic (duct tape) over the 'butt ugly martians' logo on the front if looks are an issue Derek
But only if you want a picture of Kylie on the cover!
