I wonder if you can help me :)
I'm looking for a bank where
- I can create an acount via Internet from Poland
- I will get MasterCard (debitcard is ok for me)
- there are no fees for running the account, opening the account, or for the card
- there are no fees for inside EU transfers
- there are no provision for MasterCard transactions in shops, Internet etc...

I'd love one of these. I believe that it just doesn't exist.
Do you mean 'no provision' (i.e "can't be used for"). What do you want the card for?

what a shame :( in Poland I have such an account (without free EU transfers and instead MasterCard I got Visa) I have already found similar account in Spain ( openbank.es ) but I can't say a word in Spanish :/
I mean I can use my card in shops without any additional fees.

Are you sure? You can find accounts that allow free transfers to 'Euro' countries, but not all EU countries.
I suspected that this might be what you meant. That bit shouldn't be a problem
