I've been running this version for about two weeks. Suddenly today I noticed an account called "Checking" on my summary page, under Cash Flow (no transactions, no account number). I didn't create it. I already have my actual checking acount listed there under the bank's name. Everything else looks normal. How could this happen?

I sometimes get a new account when I do a validate, and errors are found. That may not be what happened to you, but I've noticed it a few times. I just delete the new account.

I don't go on the "official" Quicken forum because I can't figure out how to efficiently browse the postings. I wouldn't be surprised if this glitch is somehow related to Quicken's ability to create multiple accounts that exist under a single user ID log in. Of course, that is total conjecture on my part.
