Seeking a free or cheap-to-use service which will send me spam-free daily summary of certain currency rates.

Googled. Got no result.

Any ideas?

It's a clean simple interface that gives you all that you need. If you want the page to be E-mailed to you, get the appropriate software or use a Perl script.
