HBOS claim that with their new account (Moneyback current account) that they are plugging, that you will get same security under section 75 of Consumer Credit Act, with their Visa debit card that you get with a credit card. I find this hard to believe and was wondering has anyone got any leaflets etc. confirming this. I was always of the opinion that banks disliked section 75 intensely and that this could prove very costly to Halifax if true. Eric
