The forms comprises 3 documents stapled together.
Top document comprises boxes for ALL and I mean ALL applicants details, name, address, age, DofB, home phone, mobile and all the rest then the payment method including the credit card 3 digit security code.
Page 2 is the Direct Debit Instructions which as you all know requires bank account number, sort code.............signature.......
Page 3 is a Direct Debit Instructions carbon sheet replicating Page 2.
Now the piece de resistance..............
someone had obviously stood at the counter and completed in FULL the application form that has been sitting ontop the one my wife picked up..............and what do we have here ALL of that applicants personal details......she obviously was fairly hard presser and its all there for Identity Theft................now Dear Santa,
