My father in law was in Frimley last year and during our visits regularly saw an alcoholic inmate who, by the way, had his own NHS PRIVATE room, nurse and body guard (the latter more to protect others)We would occasionally see them trying to prise the hand cleaner off of him. They lost him one evening only to find he had left the building, jumped a bus and was eventually tracked down to the Sainsury's store (drinks section) a 1/2 mile away. I suppose that gel can eventually get to ya.
