I've been trying to et hold of this lot for nearly a month now and nadda, nothing, no reply by phone or email.
Are they just a bunch of con artists out to get us?
I can't believe that they are so busy that they don't reply ever, even as just a courtesy..
I think it is a small IFA firm with a handful of employees (but I'm not sure). They recently got National press coverage in several broadsheets (just before the ISA deadline). I can quite easily imagine they are completely swamped ...

Yes, I contacted them several weeks ago. They haven't replied. I'm not surprised or bothered - I'll try again in a month.
