1st Question
Having received a few Company Headed letters with statements like "Settled" "Debt does not exist" " written off" "Debt is cleared will not pursue or chase you now or in the future" replies are these contractual letters. Therefore these companies have made a statement that they can not resurrect or dispute their previous letters.
