I applied for M&S credit card and I have noticed on the first statement they have added a Payment Protection Insurance Premium fee, I didn't select this option as I carefully read the application and checked it many time before I posted it.
I have contacted customer service and they have removed this option now, They insist I will be charged for the last months fee, can you please advise as this is something I didn't want and they insist I have to pay for.
