nasdaq shares on LSE (International Retail Service)

I bought some nasdaq shares on London Stock Exchange's International Retail Service (IRS) Thinking that they were identical to the USA equivilant. This turned out not to be the case as a comparison of Pixr.l(london) and pixr(nasdaq) shows

Can anybody explain

One is quoted in £, and the other in $, so there is exchange fluctuation involved here.

Also, there was a stock split in April, and perhaps one of the graphs is not taking this into account.
