The National Savings Bank have sent me a warrant from a closed account that I can't cash so I am pretty pissed off. The warrant says that I have to take the book to the Post Office but since I closed the account they don't return the book. I telephoned them and they said that the PO have to phone the Savings Bank and they will authorise the payment but the PO can never get through. I have been to the PO four times now and I just want my money. Who regulates the National savings Bank?
