Sorry but asked on the telecoms NG and no reply and thought some of you guys may work in a business that uses what I think I need???
I run a small home based business and need two Dect handsets with plug sockets for headsets.
First of all which phones - I have Panasonic which have been excellent but are now past their best. They have headset sockets but due to use there is now too much interference with headset use as I suspect the sockets are worn.
Next which headset. My current ones are Plantronics but we regularly have people say we sound very very quiet and often need to revert to normal handset use, without the headset, to maintain that conversation. So I need something that really does work but 'in ear' or 'top of head' or 'back of neck' or 'on ear'.
Any help would be really excellent.
