I would like to register for the Natwest online banking, have just received my registration code through the post. When I try to logon, to register, it asks for my customer reference number. Two boxes the first my date of birth and the second a four digit number.



Any idea what this is?

  1. The date on which your Mum gave birth to you.

  1. Your PIN, the same as what you use at the ATM with your card.

Why not call NatWest and ask?

Will be quicker and accurate.

It's a number which they will have sent you separately by post.
