I set up some accounts, checking & savings, with online banking. After using it for awhile I decided it was not for me. I now want to go back to reconciling these accounts when the statement arrives. When I do this I get a message saying "Your downloaded data does not seem to be up to date. Downloading data and updating your register will ensure that you are not missing transactions. Do you want to stop reconciling and download the latest data?". I assume that I get this because I turned online banking on for these accounts. I am unable to find a way to turn off online banking. Can anyone help me here? Thanks.

Well, you're in luck. Even though you didn't take the time to specify which version of Q, my mind reading skills seem to be working well today.
Open Q Control-A High-light the account that you want to change Click Edit at the top of the "Account List" window Click the "Online Services" tab follow on screen directions

Dan, Sorry about not providing the version #. It is 2007. I followed your instructions and they worked fine. Thanks for the help.
