Where did you find the information that there is no longer a fee at Chase? I have looked through the site and can't find it in all the legal mumbo-jumbo! Iv'e yet to contact customer service. That has not been a productive conversation for me in the past.

On the chase web page, at the top right under Customer Center Under checking/savings Account Services, right hand column Financial management software Direct Access (mine says activated, but here was the no charge info) I'm in North Jersey, which may make a difference.

Thanks..... Looking at the account agreements they deleted the fee for Personal accounts. I am surprised that they did not make an announcement to customers who use their online banking.

Thanks again. I'll have to give it a try and see if I can terminate my Quicken Bill pay.

You're welcome! I never use Quicken billpay. Why pay for something that is free ? I rather go with a little bit of extra work, if that's what is needed, than pay. But then I'm cheap on the little things. For some big things I like my comfort.
