Hello my student overdraft is like 1400 pounds i was wondering what a bank can do to someone if they don't pay.. Especially if that person is from another country ..

They'll get a judgement and then sell the debt to a Ugandan debt collection agency who will trace you using the ID you used when you opened the account here.
