I'm just wondering who to set the Organisation for? Is it BT or British Telecom?
On the site it just has BT's bank account number 00375853 BT's sort code 20-00-00 You may be asked for a reference number - please use your BT account number (shown at the top of your bill eg, EA12345678) The amount you need to pay
I'd rather not pay by Direct Debit as my pay if every 4 weeks and can be on different dates. Thanks.
Probably doesn't matter if all the other stuff is there. As they appear to be repeatedly calling themselves BT in the blurb, I'd go with that.

You can put whatever you like. It is just tells the bank what to put on your statement.
So you could put: "Incompetent thieving cretins"?
