Lots of web sites take Usenet feeds and make them available within their own pages. Some, like Google, do this with all newsgroups. Other only carry specific groups relevant to their own area of interest.

And some of them take advantage of the fact that most people don't know what Usenet is, to present postings as the website's own unique content. I know there are a number of such sites that display, surrounded by adverts, read-only versions of DIY newsgroups since a lot of what is posted is useful DIY advice. The sleasy way they do it has led a handful of people to add footers to their posts explaining the situation, which of course show up on the sites as well.
